Return Eligibility

  • All sales are final
  • Returns are accepted only for verified manufacturing defects
  • Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours
  • Opened or punctured vials are not eligible for return

Refund Decisions

  • Replacement or refund decisions are at the sole discretion of RetaCore Labs LLC
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Improper storage voids all claims
